Atelier Sauna Naturel - Partie 2!
Le chantier continue!
Après une première édition en 2025, on se retrouve au Sanctuarium pour la suite de notre atelier de construction naturelle.
Cette fois, on plonge dans l'univers du chanvre aux côtés de Gabriel Gauthier, pionnier de la construction en chanvre au Canada.
Au programme:
isolation, enduits naturels, expérimentation et apprentissage collectif.
Une occasion de mettre les mains à la pâte et de contribuer à la prochaine étape de notre sauna naturel!

Clay Body Ceremony
This intimate 60-minute ritual immersion invites women to reconnect with their bodies as sacred earth. Held in a softly contained ceremonial space with limited numbers, participants journey through embodiment, earth connection, and creative self-expression. Using hand-harvested clay and natural plant pigments, women create skin-safe paints for intuitive anointing and body painting, exploring the feminine form as altar and the body as a wild, worthy place to come home to.

Atelier Sauna Naturel
Au cœur du Sanctuarium, entre l'étang et la kiva, nous créerons un sauna en terre à partir de terre, de pierre, d'argile et de nos mains collectives.
Le but est de rénover un vieux cabanon avec des matériaux trouvés sur la terre et/ou recyclés, en tentant de dépenser ZERO dollars!
